My Background

2005

I began my career as an engineer in the aviation and aerospace industry where I honed my technical skills in design, troubleshooting, and implementation, while also developing strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

2010

After earning my graduate degree, I focused on software integration and agile project management methodologies—supporting global customers with seamless integration of products. Concurrently, I led a transcontinental team with adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2014

As a Director within a newly formed PMO, I effectively led my own team, formulated strategic plans for effective program management, promoted innovation, and ensured project readiness. The result? Enhanced outcomes and more defined essential performance metrics.

2021

Following the 2020 pandemic, I was inspired to give back and support health care systems to financially recover through the use of benefit realization and strategically optimizing project portfolios, identifying highest value project work, and ensuring the alignment to strategic goals and objectives.

2024

As its Founder and Principal Consult, and with nearly two decades of experience under my belt, I launched SPM Solution Design focus my expertise and provide tailored services for clients seeking effective, innovative and successful Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.
